Right after the elevator opened, Aoki quickly rushed out, running towards the emergency stairs beside the elevator, and instantly disappeared from the sight. Everyone was frozen at the moment, before they awoke from their shock. Simultaneously, they turned to the inside of the elevator. Kei looked safe and sound.
Hikaru sighed of relieve, and pulled Kei out of the elevator. Hikaru punched Kei’s shoulder slightly and laughed.

“Silly, you worried don’t you?” Kei said, laughing too. Then, the other three, Kota, Yuya and Arioka started to surround him and joined the laugh.

Meanwhile, the girls where puzzled with Aoki’s action. Hotaru and Sakura quickly chased her. Rin and Kairi were still in blurr, looking at each other before they followed Hotaru and Sakura.

In the meantime, Kei’s eyes were also chasing the girls’s movement in chasing Aoki.

“Guys, curfew ends,” Kota told the boys.

“Ko-chan, the night is still young,” Hikaru said playfully. Kota stared at him, showing that way would not affect him. Yuya and Arioak was joining Hikaru in convincing Kota to celebrate Kei’s safety.

Kei, unexpectedly, strolled out of the chaos towards his room.

“Inoo, where are you going?” Yuya asked noticed Kei’s action.

“To my room,” Kei answered, not turning to Yuya. Yuya looked at Kei with confused eyes before he joined back the fuss.

Jart went straight to her room from the control room which was also in the same level. She was skipping joyfully, happy of the success. She expected a very warm welcome and thanks from the other girls and if could, even from the boys. With a very large smile, Jart opened the door. Instantly, her lips pouted, and her eyebrows were frowned. The room was empty.

Unexpectedly, she heard sounds from the next room, the younger girls’ room.

“Aoki, are you okay?” Hotaru asked worriedly, at the same time, she sounded forcing.

Aoki nodded her head with a smile, although the tears still flowing from her eyes.

“Did that guy do anything to you?” Jart suddenly entered the room and hopped on the bed, joining the circle.

“No,” Aoki answered softly.

“Why are you crying?” Sakura asked, naively.

“I’m just scare of the dark,” Aoki answered. Kairi and Hotaru looked at each other.

“Lets Aoki rest for now,” Kairi said to the girls.

“Yeah, she need a very good rest,” Hotaru said, getting down of the bed.

“Jart, lets’ go,” Hotaru called while she was standing at the door. Jart looked at Aoki and rushed towards Hotaru.

It’s was 2 am in the morning and Rin still can’t close her eyes. She turned to the right and after a while, she turned to the left, holding her teddy bear, Mr. Brown. She sighed and faced upward, placing Mr. Brown on her chest. She turned to Aoki’s bed, watching Aoki was lying facing the window. She turned to Sakura’s bed and saw Sakura’s position was similar to kicking. Rin sat up and looked into Mr. Brown eyes which looked like he understood the situation Rin was in.

Carefully, she touched the knob and rotated it. It was not locked. Rin looked around the hallway and entered the room slowly. The bed lamp was on and he was facing it, making his face bright. There he was, still sleeping. Rin slowly tiptoed to Ryosuke’s side. Gradually, she touched his fore head. Rin sighed, relieve. The temperature was not hot anymore, it was warm, a pleasant warm. Rin kneed on the floor, placing her hand on the bed, and stared at Ryosuke’s calm look.

Unexpectedly, Ryosuke opened his eyes gradually. Rin was shocked.

“You... you are not sleeping?” Rin asked, panic. She was caught staring.

“I can’t since you didn’t switch off the bed lamp,” Ryosuke said frankly. Rin didn’t know what to do so she quickly switched the lamp off. She sighed, relieved. At least, Ryosuke couldn’t see that she was blushing.

“Why are you still here?” Ryosuke asked in monotone voice.

“Huh?” Rin was shocked with the sudden question.

“Is there something wrong?” Ryosuke asked, still in monotone.

“Hrmm, I can’t see,” Rin answered, in a soft low trembling voice.

“Night blindness?” Ryosuke asked, no worry sounded.

“No, a very bad short-sightedness,” Rin answered. She was panic since Ryosuke didn’t sound as he would light up the lamp back.

“I see,” Ryosuke replied. Rin expected that Ryosuke was closing her eyes while he was talking but actually he was staring at Rin intensely. Ryosuke just let her be, he knew this might be cruel to Rin but he didn’t want Rin to walk out of this room, not tonight. After a while, Rin silently sleeping on her hands, on the blue rough carpet.

In the next morning, Kairi cooked the breakfast as usual. Yuri, Ryutaro, Keito and Yuto were there, sitting at the dinner table, eating their breakfast.

“Where’s Yamada-kun? I don’t see him since last night,” Kairi asked the boys.

“He is sick,” Yuri answered, sounded sad.

“He has cold,” Ryutaro told, before feeding another spoon in his mouth.

“He is getting better,” Yuto said with a smile on his face when he looked at Kairi worried face.

“Yeah, he need to rest because tonight we have a performance,” Keito explained, adding to Yuto’s words.

“I see, I hope I can do something for him,” Kairi said, looking in the fridge.

“Kairi nee-chan,” Ryutaro called Kairi. Kairi felt weird with that nickname but she let it be since she was sure that she will get use to it.

“Today is our last day of school before spring break,” Ryutaro said in joy, suddenly change the atmosphere.

“Can you make something to celebrate it?” Yuri requested, making his famous puppy eyes.

“You two don’t bother Kairi nee-san, please. She has a lot of other work to do,” Yuto told the little two boys.

“No, it’s okay,” Kairi said, defending the little ones. Yuri satisfied, showing his tongue to Yuto. Yuto rolled his eyes and turned away.

Suddenly, the phone that was hanging on the wall beside the fridge was ringing. Kairi closed the fridge and pick up the phone.

“Rin?” Kairi said in surprised after a while placing the phone through her ear.
