Summary: Johnny decide to let HSJ members leave together in a new house and they were happy with it. Out of nowhere, six girls came and claimed that was their house. It became worse when their father, Mr. Takahashi said, they had to live together. Could they stand living together and handle all the fusses?“Goodbye,” Hotaru and the other girls waved towards the boys who were walking towards the white vans.
The boys waved through the tinted mirror.
After the long vehicles left their sight, gradually the girls entered the mansion and walked to the dining area.
“They set off early,” Kairi said, giving chopsticks to the girls while placing a set of fork and spoon for herself.
“Yeah, they don’t eat breakfast yet,” Sakura said, taking the disposable chopstick and split it to two.
“Don’t worry, the production team will feed them,” Aoki said, maybe from her own experience.
“That’s right, they can find food by themselves even without the production team,” Hotaru said, taking a Tamagoyaki using her chopstick.
“I wonder why they become the topic this morning. Shouldn’t we talking about what we’ll do during this break?” Jart said, smiling, hoping for responses.
“I want to stay home,” Rin said kindly, before feeding herself with the rice.
“I’ll be in Kyoto,” Sakura said boldly, continue eating.
Kairi turned to Sakura and unintentionally stared her.
“I’ll be busy with my new schedule since I’ll start study after the break,” Aoki responded, smiled.
“You, Kairi?” Jart asked in a weak voice. She didn’t want to expect much after hearing from Rin, Sakura and Aoki.
“I...” Kairi was surprised with the sudden question and paused as she never thought of what to do during the break.
“Arghh!” Hotaru suddenly screamed.
Every eye focused on Hotaru instantly.
“Kazumi will arrive today and I totally forget to tell her that our house is filled with boys,” Hotaru explained with panicked voice. She just blurted out what she thought.
“Relax, the boys are not here now,” Jart said, trying to calm her.
“What about her room?” Hotaru asked in panic.
“Maybe we should just tell her the truth,” Sakura tried to suggest.
“But we have promised not to tell anyone,” Kairi gave her opinion.
“She is not stranger, she is our friend, as close as family. Why can’t we tell her?” Aoki explained.
Rin nodded her head, agreed with Aoki.
“She can sleep in my bed since I also will be going today,” Sakura said, smiling, as she could see the solution to their current problem.
“Or mine,” Aoki continued.
“Eh? Won’t you will be staying here for the break?” Kairi asked, surprised.
“Don’t you watch the news? Aoki will be staying in the company dorm to easier her work,” Hotaru explained, awoke from her anxious at last.
“I see,” Kairi replied feebly.
“It’s okay, I’ll visit you if I’ve free time,” Aoki smiled.
“Sakura, will you study with Aoki?” Hotaru asked suddenly.
“But I hate study,” Sakura replied, pouting.
“Don’t use moving house as an excuse, Sakura,” Kairi said to Sakura.
“I’ll handle the transferring school’s document and stuff,” Hotaru said seriously.
“Okay, I will, just for two more years, right?” Sakura said, still pouting.
“Yup, after that everything you decide on your own,” Kairi replied.
“Now, who want to come with me?” Hotaru asked cheerfully.
“Where?” Jart asked back.
“To the airport, of course,” Hotaru replied, smiling.
The long needle on Hotaru’s hand struck at twelve. Hotaru looked at the gateway which written International.
“She should be here by now,” Hotaru said to herself.
“Where is she?” Jart asked.
“Patient, she will walk out through that thing soon,” Aoki said, pointing to the gateway.
“Can’t wait to see her,” Kairi voiced out.
“I never thought everyone will be here,” A voice was heard. They quickly turned to the voice.
“Kazumi! I miss you,” Hotaru said, instantly hugged Kazumi.
“Miss you too,” Kazumi said, replying the hug.
Kazumi continued hugging the other girls.
“Where’s Sakura?” Kazumi asked when she noticed that Sakura was not there.
“She went to Kyoto to settle something,” Kairi answered while the other girls nodded their head.
“Let’s go home,” Hotaru said and hugged Kazumi shoulder, walking away.
In the living room, with the LCD showing moving images, the girls were sitting at the couches, discussing.
“Why don’t you live in other house?” Kazumi asked.
“Because we’ve promised to stay here after everything is settled,” Hotaru replied, remembering what happened during the mansion was still in building process.
“I’m sorry I can’t stay here yet,” Aoki suddenly said, noticing that she probably broke the promise.
“It’s okay, you have things to do, plus not everything settles,” Kairi said, trying to coax Aoki at the same time her own heart.
“I envy you guys, being so close,” Kazumi said, suddenly.
“Ne, which beds do you prefers? Sakura’s or Aoki’s,” Jart asked cheerfully, trying to live up the atmosphere.
“Any of it is fine,” Kazumi replied.
The big round clock in the living room showed that it was 2 am. Kazumi was sitting at a couch there. Kairi who was walking down the stairs noticed the light in the living room was on. Slowly she approached the place.
“Kazumi,” Kairi called her softly when she recognized the person.
“Kairi,” Kazumi was surprise.
“What are you doing here?” Kazumi asked.
“I wake up just now, and then I notice I forget to drink milk tonight, so I decide to drink it before I sleep back. After that I realize the light here is on, so I come to check,” Kairi explained and sat at the couch beside Kazumi.
“What about you? What are you doing here?” Kairi asked.
“I slept a lot during the day, so I can’t sleep,” Kazumi answered, smiling.
“Sorry, we force you to rest. I never thought it will lead to this,” Kairi felt guilty.
“I can accompany you if you want,” Kairi tried to make up for her mistake.
Kazumi didn’t reply, staring down blankly.
“Kazumi,” Kairi called her to get her attention. It seemed like she was not here.
“Yes,” Kazumi replied softly, still staring down.
“Are you really okay with MKE’s centre moving to Japan?” Kairi asked.
Kazumi quickly turned to Kairi, surprised with the question.
“What are you talking about? Of course it is okay, it’s my homeland after all,” Kazumi replied confidently.
“It just you seemed to ponder a lot after we made that decision,” Kairi expressed her thought.
“It just, somehow, I want to stay in Korea a bit longer,” Kazumi replied with a low voice.
“Why don’t you say so? We could postpone the reallocation of the centre,” Kairi said seriously.
“If we didn’t move now, we will miss the chance. We might not find a good building again, plus I think now is the right time because during the spring break, we can use tour to promote our company,” Kazumi replied. The truth was if she stayed in Korea, she didn’t know when she will come back because the chance of meeting that person was getting thinner everyday.
“But...” Kairi wanted to oppose Kazumi but she didn’t have the right word to differ.
“Kairi, you better drink your milk and sleep,” Kazumi said, trying to avoid any opposing words. She didn’t want to discuss about it anymore.
“You too, should try sleeping or you’ll be too tired for the tour,” Kairi said to Kazumi in an upset voice before she walked to the kitchen.
Kazumi didn’t reply and turned away.
The next day, almost everyone was busy with their stuff. Kairi, Hotaru and Kazumi were handling the tour. Aoki was busy with her interview especially after the sudden decision that she made. Rin and Jart were busy handling their study’s work.
It was sunset. Hotaru, Kazumi and Kairi had finished their work for today and were on the way home. Hotaru was driving.
“Stop please,” Kazumi suddenly said.
Hotaru stopped the car beside a supermarket.
“Here is close to my mother house, I want to give her a surprise visit,” Kazumi explained to Hotaru and Kairi who were looking at her weirdly.
“Okay, maybe we can accompany you,” Hotaru replied, smiling.
“It’s okay, I prefer to visit her alone,” Kazumi said kindly.
“Yeah, she needs her time with her mother alone after a long separation,” Kairi said, to avoid Hotaru from wanting to accompany Kazumi.
“I might sleep here tonight,” Kazumi said to inform.
“We understand,” Hotaru said, sighed. If possible, she wanted to greet Kazumi’s mother. Maybe, next time.
Kazumi got out from the car and waved at Hotaru and Kairi. She strolled at the walkway beside the supermarket. She walked through a lot of houses and stopped when she saw a park which laid lots of memories. She walked closer to the park and notice there was a figure sitting at one of the swings, an adult. She decided to approach that person. After all, the swings meant a lot for her. It was nostalgic and she wanted to sit on it again, feel it again, and sense that feeling again.
“Hello,” She greeted him.
He looked upward toward her and looked surprise.
Kazumi was surprised too. It was the person she wanted to meet. He was here and it surprised Kazumi more. She always thought that he was in Korea.
